Scarbrough Avenue is named after the Earl of Scarbrough who commissioned the properties to be built in 1902.

Mr and Mrs John and Carol Haines have owned the Island for the last 17 years. It is kept in excellent order to 3 star Tourist Board standards and is fully inspected every year.

Six self-contained apartments, 3 on the ground floor, all have the same home from home comforts inside.
The 3 ground floor apartments, all have their own entrance door and pleasant outlook over the famous St Matthews Church, on the Scarbrough Avenue roundabout. No1 and No2 on the side of the property near the garden are very popular, they are always the first to get fully booked up.
They are ideal for senior citizens and people with walking difficulties, who cannot walk long distances.
The 2 first floor and one second floor apartment, all with excellent views of the Avenue are equally ideal for couples and small families of 2 to 3 people, No3 is ideal for small families of 2 or 4 people.
Finally No4 apartment is especially popular with our couples and single guests who love the peace and quiet.
