With access from the side private drive to a paved west facing sitting and parking area for apartments No1and 2, with a garden store and waste disposal area and bins for recycling waste. There is a gate into the rear garden with a paved ramp for guest’ use.
The grounds are all well maintained. There is a pleasant rear enclosed south facing garden, with a lovely paved patio sitting area, shrub boarders, and inset beds for easy maintenance and patio furniture to sit on.
